So for number one the answer is C. 1.0M sucrose is a high concentration of sucrose. The plant cell would loose water (cytoplasm shrinks) to try and balance out the ratio of water to sucrose inside and outside the cell, making it flaccid.
2. is D. I work with this stuff sometimes. It kills microorganisms, which is why it's used on cuts and wounds. It's also used to clean the skin of people donating blood.
It wouldn't be used on floors or other surfaces because it stains and there are plenty of bleach and other chemical products for that. Same with sterilizing surgical instruments. And there's no reason to produce and antibody to iodine.
